Battle Report #4 Cygnar Major Victoria Haley vs PoM Feora, the Conquering Flame

Introduction

Hello friends,
today we had our second Warmachine & Hordes meeting over here in Szczecin in our local shop Wrota. Sadly, only Martini was able to come but we still have managed to play a game against each other. My Cygnar boys in blue faced the Protectorate fanatics. I wanted to test my list for the upcoming tournament in Poznań so I took Haley2 vs Feora3 to face something anti jack.

Haley2 vs Feora3

Martini won the roll and decided to go first. Since this was my first time against Feora3 I was not really sure what to expect. Anyway here is how we have deployed.

Turn one saw some usual running and positioning. Not much has happened. I put some shots into the Vigilant with the Stormwall but it was nothing he could not repair next turn. The Strider moved up on the left flank accompanied by the Firefly for some damage boosts.

Next turn Martini moved up his jacks but still could not get in range to attack me except Feora who got 18 points of damage on the Stormwall. On the left flank Saxon damaged my Firefly a bit. In retaliation I moved up the jack with Arcane Shield on it to be within 5" of the Vessel. Next Strider moved up and started to shot his battle engine taking out 1/3 of his health. On the right flank I have used telekinesis to turn Vigilant around and killed with the Stormwall. Haley used her feat catching Feora and all of his jacks.

Under the feat Martini could not do much but he still managed to severly damage Firefly and push it out of the zone and put some damage into both Ironclad and Thorn plus kill the Squire with a spray attack which I used to score on my flag. Stormwall got hammered by Feora again. I have damaged managed to kill the previously wounded Indictor with the use of the Stormwall and Thorn. On the left flank I used the Stormstrider to almost kill the Vessel and to kill Saxon so that he could not score on his flag. It was 2:2

The End

Oh yes, here is where the real grind started. Martini does a ton of damage to the Stormwall and kills it along with the Ironclad and Thorn. The Vessel pushes my Strider back causing some small damage but I am still in the zone. It does not really matter since he runs Feora to kill Haley. The end.
